Linda L. Janvrin

Seabrook – Linda Lou Janvrin, 75, of Seabrook, passed away peacefully at Portsmouth Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Linda was born on April 24, 1947 in Exeter, a daughter of the late Myron and Emma (Addison) Felch. Linda was raised in Seabrook and graduated from Winnacunnet High School with the Class of 1965 and settled in Seabrook to raise her family. She was a dedicated wife and mother and raising her family was always the most important part of her life. She was always an avid race fan and in the early 1980s, along with her late husband Wes Janvrin, opened up L&W Racing in Seabrook. After Wes’ death in 2005, Linda and her daughter Myra continued on the family business where Linda worked up until the time of her death. In her earlier years, Linda had earned her LNA Certificate and worked at the Country Manor Nursing Home in Newburyport for several years and also worked as a matron for the Seabrook and Hampton Police Departments. Additionally, Linda was an active member of the Ladies’ Auxiliary at the American Legion Raymond E. Walton, Post 70 of Seabrook. Above all else, Linda loved time spent with family; her children and grandchildren were her life. She loved camping with her grandson Dylan and going to the races with Myra. She also enjoyed her trips to the casinos with her friends and family and playing the slots. When she was younger, Linda loved to sing Karaoke, especially at “Boots and Saddles” in Salisbury, MA. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Myra Fowler and April Fowler and her husband, David Janvrin, her grandson, Dylan Janvrin and her sister-in-law, Loan Spear, all of Seabrook. She also leaves her longtime companion Frank Souther, her lifelong friend Judy McKinney, the father of her children and her best friend, former husband, Richard Fowler as well as several nieces and nephews. Linda will also be missed by Krysta, CJ and Chrystal whom she loved so very much. In addition to her parents and her husband Wesley Janvrin, Linda was predeceased by her brother William “Billy” Felch and her stepfather Willard Fowler. Visiting hours will be from 5 to 7 PM on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton. Services will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM in the funeral home with burial to follow in the Hillside Cemetery, Seabrook.
