Caroline M. Lawless

Stratham – Caroline Marie Lawless, 45, of Stratham, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 after a brief illness. She was born in Danvers, MA on January 27, 1979 a daughter of Barbara A. Lawless of Hampton. Caroline shared 12 years of marriage with her adoring husband, Andrew Silber, until his unexpected passing in June of 2020. Caroline graduated from Winnacunnet High School with the Class of 1997. During her time at WHS, Caroline established friendships that would prove to last a lifetime. She went on to study psychology at San Diego State University. After college Caroline moved home to New Hampshire, where she and Andrew reunited and started their beautiful family. Caroline loved her children, Jackson and Jocelyn with fierceness. Caroline grew up in Hampton, New Hampshire. She loved living close to the ocean where she spent countless nights sitting on the sea wall with friends. In addition to her mother and children, surviving family members include her siblings, Jessica Tegan and James Lawless; brother-in-law, Aaron Silber and his wife Hearther; sister-in-law, Tammy and husband Russ Moore; several nieces and nephews who she loved dearly and many dear friends and extended family members. Caroline will be remembered for always finding the right words, the perfect gifts and for her beauty, unquestionably on the outside and undeniably on the inside. She was a deeply spiritual, ageless soul. Her hugs had the ability to make you feel like everything was going to be ok. When she laughed, she threw her head back and her blue eyes twinkled. She loved spending time with her kids, swimming in her pool, and hanging out with friends. But most of all she loved being a mom to Jackson and Jocelyn. Visiting hours will be held from 5-7 PM on Friday, March 22, 2024 in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton, NH 03842. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers please consider contributing to the children’s 529 plan.
