Deborah M. Chase

North Hampton – Deborah M. (Gaulin) Chase, 57, of North Hampton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Keene, July 7, 1965 the daughter of Linda (Norwell) Coburn and her late father. Deb was raised in Hampton Falls and graduated from Winnacunnet High School with the Class of 1983. It was there that she met David, who would become her husband of 35 years and be with her through her final moments. She worked the past 17 years in the office at the Sagamore-Hampton Golf Club in North Hampton. She also was a member and worked for many years doing bookkeeping at the United Church of Christ in North Hampton. But the job she was most proud of was “Mom”. Deb lived her life for her family; their happiness was truly her mission in life. She was the ultimate organizer, nurturer, fixer, advocate, cheerleader, best friend, and anything else her husband Dave and three children, Nathan, Jason, Megan needed her to be. Not to mention the fact that she could fix almost anything with a needle and thread. Deb also was quite vocal if anyone needed ”redirection,” as was evident on a recent summer day when one to many lacrosse balls found their way to the back of the house, and the boat and the shed. Affectionately referred to by her husband and children as, “The Warden,” Deb kept everyone on track and was a tireless worker when it came to raising her family. She put all of herself – especially her heart - into everything she did for them. Deb is survived by her husband David of North Hampton, her son Nathan and his wife Sarah of Georgia, son Jason and his fiancé Emma Frampton both of New Castle, her daughter (and some thought, her twin) Megan of North Hampton, her mother Linda Coburn and her husband George of Nottingham, her brother Norman Gaulin and his wife Cathleen of Newmarket, her brother Kenny Gaulin of Clearwater, FL and many other members of a large, loving extended family. Services will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at the United Church of Christ, 295 Atlantic Avenue, North Hampton. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
