Mary K. Doyle

Seabrook - Mary K. (Briand) Doyle, 84 of Seabrook, passed away in the comfort of loved ones on Tuesday May 7, 2024 after a period of declining health. Born in Somerville, MA she was the first born to the late Jeffrey and Violet (MacKenzie) Briand/Luke. Raised and educated in Malden MA where she met her beloved husband of 49 years, the late Robert J. Doyle and they settled to begin their family. Working for Vogue Doll and Converse she continued to be a fantastic and wonderful wife and mother. Devoted and caring, she always showed her love and support to her family through her nurturing efforts in providing healthy family dinners, celebrating birthdays, recognizing accomplishments and festively decorating for holidays. Sacrificing, working hard and taking care of our family she always made our home cozy, comfortable and inviting. Picking the most memorable spots to vacation with us when we were young in the mountains with visits to Story Land, Santa’s Village and Duncan Beach to name a few. She was an amazing mother, wife, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She loved her family unconditionally and enjoyed being surrounded by them especially during Sunday dinners. In addition to her family she enjoyed her scratch tickets, firework shows and spending time with her son Bobby who took her to concerts at the Seashell of Hampton Beach every summer, she specifically liked The Continentals. She loved watching the Red Sox, Patriots and The Price is Right. Chinese Food, M&Y’s pizza and coffee ice cream were some of her chosen indulgences. She looked forward to her nightly check-ins with her cousin Kris. Following in the footsteps of her mom, Christmas was her FAVORITE holiday and it showed in her incredibly detailed mini scale villages traditionally set under her tree providing the most festive atmosphere for us all to enjoy. Mary will be remembered for the pride she felt for her grandchildren always wanting to hear about their pursuits and accomplishments. Finally, she looked forward to and loved visits from her fur babies which brought a smile to her face as they greeted her with wiggly butts. Mary is survived by her three children, Debbie Doyle, Robert Doyle Jr, Patricia Starr and her husband Jim and their two children, Mary’s grandchildren, Tryston Starr and Katelyn Starr and brothers, Skip Luke and wife Kim and Ronald Luke and wife Darlene. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her first grandson, John Doyle and brother, George Luke. Visiting hours will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2024 in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton, NH 03842. A prayer service will immediately follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
