Patricia A. Boyle

Seabrook - Patricia A. Boyle, 93, of Seabrook passed quietly Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover after a long battle with Alzheimer’s in the presence of her daughter and in the hearts of her family. Patricia was an only child born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Roy Kaufman and Emily C. (Kaufman) Zundt. She spent her formative years in Keyport, New Jersey where she was Class Secretary and a cheerleader at Keyport High School. Patricia married Willard F. Boyle LTC US Army retired, originally from Amesbury, Massachusetts on August 4, 1973 in Matawan, New Jersey, where she resided with her three children. They settled in Seabrook after she retired as a Legal Secretary and her husband, Bill, retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel. In addition to being a devoted wife and proud and loving mother and grandmother, Patricia enjoyed cooking, crocheting and decorating. She was a Domestic Goddess in every sense of the word! She had a special love for music, was a very good dancer (according to her husband Bill) and had always wanted to play the piano. She liked to sing around the house and could definitely carry a tune! She truly enjoyed making Holiday memories and cherished time spent with family and friends. Patricia was a reserved person, but enjoyed people and loved to be silly and have fun. She always looked forward to visiting the many quaint and beautiful towns in New England and especially loved North Conway, Booth Bay Harbor, Rockport and Samoset. She loved life and all that it has to offer. Patricia leaves her husband Bill (Willard) of 44 years, Seabrook, her two surviving children Heather Lund, Seabrook and Christopher Lund and his wife Kim of Madison, Alabama, her four grandchildren Jessica Hepner McNair of Laurence Harbor, New Jersey, Amanda Lund Bevel of Huntsville, Alabama, Chris Lund of Madison, AL, Julia Lund of Birmingham, AL and her two great grandchildren June Greer Bevel and Ann Marion Bevel also of Huntsville. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her eldest daughter Karen Ann Hepner of Keyport, New Jersey in 2002. Patricia's family would like to thank the wonderful doctors, nurses and staff at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, the Rockingham VNA and Hospice and the Hyder Family Hospice House for their loving care and support. Special thanks also to the staff at Crotched Mountain Community Care of New Hampshire and the Seaside Elderly Day Out Center in Hampton. A private cremation was chosen by the family on November 29th.
