Paula F. Fowler

Seabrook- Paula F. Fowler, formerly of Newton and longtime resident of Seabrook, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at the age of 74. Paula was born on September 16, 1949, in Newburyport, MA, to the late Arnold and Rhona Fowler. Raised in Seabrook, she received her education at Seabrook schools and graduated from Winnacunnet High School. Following her graduation, Paula embarked on the most important journey of her life - raising her family. She dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her children, embodying love, support, and dedication as a mother. Her fierce spirit and stubborn streak only served to amplify her boundless love for her family. Beyond her role as a devoted mother, Paula found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a passion for bird watching, especially enjoying the sight of cardinals. Gardening, cooking, and baking brought her immense happiness, as did spending time at her beloved camp in Rumney. Left to cherish Paula’s memory are her children Rhona Tessier and husband Bob of Kingston, Jennifer Andrez and husband Otto of Hampstead, Roland Winter of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Andrew Winter and wife Elise of Worcester, MA. She also leaves behind a legacy of love in her grandchildren: Megan Goudreau, Liam Brown, Abigail Brown, Corinne Kaneb, Jocelyne, Nicholas, Mary, Addison, Andrew, and Wyatt Winter, as well as Anna and Jordan Andrez. Her great-grandchildren, Caleb, Charlotte, Carter, Marianna, Racquel, and Estrella held a special place in her heart. Paula is survived by her brother, Hawley Fowler, and stepdaughter, Sherry Zbierajewski. In addition to her parents, Paula was predeceased by her siblings, Arnold and Rita Fowler, her stepson, Douglas Winter, and her former spouse, Roland Winter. Visiting hours will be from 5 to 7 PM on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton. Services will be held on Wednesday March 27, at 11 AM in the funeral home with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Seabrook. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude's Children’s Hospital by clicking here, a cause near and dear to her heart. She passionately supported the hospital and its mission, making monthly contributions throughout her life.
