Hampton Falls - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Anthony Pierro Jr., who left us on the afternoon of Friday, December 12, 2025. Born in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey on March 27, 1959, Rick grew up as a beloved son and brother. He was a loving husband and a devoted father to his three children. His family was his center, and his greatest pride was found not in titles or accolades, but in the relationships he nurtured. He offered support, encouragement, and joy to those closest to him, and his presence filled a room with warmth, humor, and optimism. His laugh was infectious, his curiosity profound, and his generosity boundless. Beyond his role as a husband, father, and friend, Rick was a visionary entrepreneur and accomplished businessman. He co founded and built companies that thrived through his integrity, determination, and unwavering belief in people. His contributions to the industries of automation and biotech engineering left a lasting impact, inspiring colleagues and future innovators alike. Rick’s entrepreneurial spirit and leadership were matched only by his ability to make others feel truly seen and valued. Rick lived life with a deep sense of adventure and gratitude. He loved boating, skiing, and traveling, embracing each experience with enthusiasm and sharing it freely with family, friends, and colleagues. Whether on the water, on the slopes, or simply telling stories, Rick brought passion, kindness, and joy to everything he did. His legacy is one of love, generosity, optimism, and connection. He leaves behind a lasting imprint on the hearts of all who knew him, and his spirit will continue to inspire laughter, confidence, and compassion in those fortunate enough to have shared time with him. Predeceased by his parents Richard and Barbara, and his brother Ronald, Rick is survived by his wife Eileen; his children Justin, Michael, and Sofia; his sisters Sandra, and Deborah, as well as extended family and friends who will forever cherish his memory. Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Rick for a period of visitation on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton, NH 03842. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Rick's name to the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Checks can be made to support his scholarship or the engineering department.
