Seabrook – Charles H. “Charlie Mac” Marshall, Sr., 80, of Seabrook, passed away on December 5, 2021 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital due to complications of Covid-19. He was born in Brentwood August 22, 1941 one of sixteen children to the late Leonidas and Laura (Brown) Eaton. He was a lifelong resident of Seabrook and shared 63 years of marriage with his wife Natalie (Hewlett) Marshall. Charlie Mac and his wife were the owners of Seabrook Shellfish Company for 40 years. He enjoyed driving down to the beach to greet his two sons when they came in from the ocean to unload their catch. He enjoyed deer hunting every year with his son Greg and his late son-in-law Mark “Sparky” Perkins. He was a lifelong member of the Seabrook Fireman’s Association. In addition to his wife he leaves two sons, Charles H. Marshall, Jr. and his wife Tracy, Greg A. Marshall and his wife Becki, his daughter Flossy M. Perkins, two grandchildren, Mandy Doggett, Shelby Marshall, great grandson Caleb Marshall, and was very proud and fond of his great granddaughter Harlie and was looking forward to a great grandson being born in February 2022. He also leaves his siblings Lillian Knowles, Cheryl Perkins, Nancy Barry, Cathy Mills, Clyde, Stephen, George, Richard and David Eaton, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by grandchildren Dixie Lynn Bregy, Greg A. Marshall, Jr., his sister Laura Eaton, and brothers Byron, Robert and Herbert Marshall, Leonidas Eaton, Jr. and Allen Eaton. Due to Covid-19 private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, Hampton.
