Exeter – Franklin P. McNally, 78, of Exeter, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. He was born in Lewiston, ME on May 3, 1943 a son of the late Ralph G. McNally and Marjorie L. (Mason) Harvey. Raised in Ossipee by his uncle and aunt, Elmer “Red” and Ida Belle Kenniston they later moved to Hampton in 1956, where he graduated from Winnacunnet High School with the Class of 1961. In addition to his wife Judy, surviving family members include his daughter, Anita McNally of Rochester; granddaughter, Wendy Regoulinsky (his Punka who held a very special place in Frank's heart) and her fiancée Meikel Sprauve of Dover, his great grandson, Sebastian Polanco also of Dover and his sister, Pearl Walker of Poland, ME.
