Judith A. Jacobson Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Hampton – Judith A. (Spofford) Jacobson, 77, of Hampton, passed peacefully, Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 2:05 PM with family by her side at Oceanside Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Worcester, MA March 3, 1943. Judith had many roles and was most proud of being a caretaker of many including fostering children and those with special needs. She lived in many areas of New England including Woonsocket, RI, Upton and Milford, MA and Derry, NH. She enjoyed crocheting, cake decorating, animals and traveling to Disney World. But most of all, she loved to love. She loved music, especially Motown. Christmas was her favorite holiday and her love language was giving. She always made sure she had a gift for everyone and she never had a bad word to say about anyone. She leaves her sister Rebecca Murphy of Dover, Delaware, her five children, James Jacobson of Floral City, FL, Heather Taylor of Upton, MA, Kerry Jacobson of Worcester, MA, Shawn Jacobson of Maine and Stephanie Jacobson of Worcester, MA, 27 grandchildren including Alissa Cimmino of Salem, Elizah Taylor of Raymond, Dayna Cerrone of Douglas, MA, David Jacobson of Edmond, OK, Haley Sweeney of Portsmouth and many others as well as so many great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her oldest daughter, Selena Lee Munroe, daughter Valerie Jacobson and son Jason Jacobson. She had nothing but love for all and she will truly be missed and forever remembered. A graveside service will be held at 1 P.M. Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Lakeview Cemetery, 39 North Main Street, Upton, MA. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Toys for Tots.
