Hampton – Nancy E. Comeau, 83, of Hampton, formerly of Hampstead, Epsom and Exeter died Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Oceanside Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was born in Haverhill, MA August 25, 1937 a daughter of the late Richard Saunders and June (Guerin) Saunders Dion. Nancy graduated from Haverhill High School and had been employed in materials management for AT &T and later Lucent Technologies in North Andover, MA She was a former member of the West Congregational Church in Haverhill, a member and past president of the Epsom-Chichester Lions Club. She also participated with the Red Hat Society and enjoyed gardening. She leaves her husband John Comeau of Dover, four children, Michael Stanley of Salem, James Stanley of Hampstead, Elaine Rober-Mayfield and her husband Kevin of Cibolo, TX, Edward Stanley and his partner Cheryl of Bristol, her brother Richard Saunders and his wife Patricia of Hampstead, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband Edward C. Stanley in 1992 and her sister Ruth Ann Carlisle. A private burial was held in the Elmwood Cemetery, Bradford, MA. Arrangements were by the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, Hampton.
