Seabrook – Thomas Hennessy Eaton, 73, of Seabrook, died Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Exeter Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Exeter, February 28, 1943 the youngest child of the late Charles S. and Liona D. (Eaton) Eaton. Tom was a lifelong resident of Seabrook and was employed by the Town of Seabrook beginning as an equipment operator with the Water Department on January 1st 1968, and retiring after 40 years of service as a foreman with the Department of Public Works. He was a member of the Seabrook Fireman’s Association, was a diehard snowmobiler, an avid deer hunter, an accomplished card player especially Forty Fives and enjoyed the casinos including Fox Woods and Mohegan Sun. He loved Elvis and was a devout Yankees fan in his aggravating spirit. He leaves two daughters, Julie Clark of East Kingston, Sandra Brown and her husband Norman of Seabrook, five grandchildren, Heather Grenier and husband Michael, Ashley, Tyler, Brittany, and Stephanie, his great granddaughter; Haile, his step grandson; Camren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his two sons, Robert Currier Eaton in 1996, David Thomas Eaton in 2002, and his eight siblings, Frank, Charles, George B., Mary Perkins, Emily Blanchard, Calvin, Ivan Q., and Alick. Visiting hours will be held from 5-8 P.M. Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton. Services will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday September 13, 2016 at Four Corners Advent Christian Church, Farm Lane Seabrook. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Seabrook. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
