Bill was born on November 23, 1938 in Salisbury, MA, a son of the late Eugene E. and Rosalie (Eaton) Welch. He was raised in Salisbury and lived there until he met and married the love of his life, Sandra (Sanborn) Welch, and they relocated to Seabrook to raise their family. He is also survived by his brother Eugene E. Welch, Jr. and his wife Peggy, also of Seabrook and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visiting hours will be from 5 to 7 PM on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home – Crematory, 811 Lafayette Rd., Hampton. Family and friends are respectfully invited. Burial will be private in the Hillside Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Rockingham Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice, 137 Epping Rd., Exeter, New Hampshire 03833.
