Ariel Nicole Thurlow

Revere, MA – Ariel Nicole Thurlow, 38, of Revere and formerly of Haverhill, MA, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday, March 8, 2021. Ariel was born in Methuen, MA on April 18, 1982, a daughter of Lynne M. (Forbes) Brower of Dove Canyon, CA and Charles V. Casey of Salem, NH and she was the loving wife of Ryan W. Thurlow of Revere. Ariel was raised in Haverhill and graduated from Haverhill High with the Class of 2001. She furthered her education at Northern Essex Community College where she earned her nursing technician certificate. Upon graduation, she worked at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport, MA and then as an on-call Certified Nursing Assistant for various agencies. Ariel and Ryan William Thurlow met in 2012 while she was working at the Capris Restaurant at Salisbury Beach. The young couple was inseparable, got married in August of 2020 and settled in Revere. Ariel loved to dance and had been a practicing ballerina since the age of 3 and she always dreamed of dancing in the Nutcracker in Boston. She was a beautiful young lady, smart, easy-going and funny, and always knew how to turn even the toughest situations into something good. She was a bubbly free spirit who was dearly loved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed. She lit up any room she walked into and her presence was always uplifting and warm. Her love for family, the beach, animals, fashion, and dancing will never be forgotten. In addition to her husband Ryan and her mother and father, Ariel is survived by her step-father, Steve Brower, her step-mother, Holly Casey, her brothers: Billy Campbell and his children Angelina, Seth and Jenna of Salem, NH, Shawn Mazza and his wife Ana of Boston, along with his children Reigan, Blake and Brody, Patrick Casey, his wife Colette and their children Bodhi, Maverick, and Bruce of Davie, FL, Matthew Casey, his wife Kristy and their daughter Raelynne of Haverhill, MA and Jonathan Mazza, his wife McKenzie and their children Cameron and Nolan of Bradford, MA. She also leaves her sisters: Cayley Stevens and her husband Aaron, along with their children Noraa and Charlie of Salem, NH, Alex Brower and her fiancé Ross Carmer of Dana Point, CA, her maternal grandfather Robert Nuccitelli of Port Charlotte, FL, her paternal grandmother Helen Casey of Merrimac, MA, her mother-in-law Milicki Sturgis and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Dorothy Nuccitelli. Public visiting hours are from 5 to 7 PM on Friday, March 12, 2021 in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home – Crematory, 811 Lafayette Rd., Hampton. Masks are required and social distancing must be maintained. Services and burial will be private.
