Brian Kenneth Edlund

Exeter - Brian Kenneth Edlund, 65, of Exeter, NH, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2026. Brian was born on January 11, 1961, in Brockton, MA, to Charles and Evelyn Edlund. Brian grew up in Easton, MA, a town he called home for a majority of his life, where he was heavily active and social in the neighborhood. During his childhood, Brian was seen throughout the neighborhood delivering newspapers and playing hockey on the school team. Graduating from Oliver Ames, he later got certifications from Eastern Nazarene College and Southeastern Regional. Brian went on to have a successful career in IT and Project Management across multiple industries, where he was known for his outside-the-box thinking, teamwork, and effort. Brian lived his life under what he coined the “Bullseye Theory”, which encompassed the principles of physical, social, spiritual, and mental fulfillment to achieve a peak sense of self. To achieve this himself, even up until his final days, he was actively attending church services, participating in his local Masonic lodge activities, playing pickleball at the local community center, practicing yoga independently, and reaching out to those still close to him just to check in. In his younger years, he was an active member of the local Lions Club, coaching youth sports, chaperoning church and school trips, and finding volunteer opportunities where he could in order to achieve his own sense of self. One of his greatest passions, though, was his motorcycle NINAH. He would often find reasons to go out for a ride, whether it was a regular Sunday cruise or participating in rallies for causes he supported; the open air gave him a sense of calm. Brian had a passion for all things family. He is survived by his son, Ian Edlund and his wife Valerie Edlund, his two granddaughters, Hannah and Amelia Edlund, his brothers Ron, Eric, and Carl Edlund, his sisters Christina Wyss-Edlund and Carolyn Roscoe, and his former wife Heather Edlund, and many loving nieces and nephews. Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Evelyn Edlund, and his brothers Charles Edlund Jr. and John Edlund. A reception will be held on Thursday August, 27, 2026 at Covenant Congregation Church in Easton, MA from 2:00-4:00pm followed by a celebration of life reception at The Chateau Restaurant in Norton, MA from 4:00-7:00pm. In place of flowers, the family is requesting that those willing please donate to the International Bipolar Foundation or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons.
